Born and raised in Medina, Ohio, Liam Nightingale is a 20-year-old Electrical Maintenance Apprentice, and now young Author. All works are proudly human made.

The project that would become Apostasy began four years ago in the summer of 2022. Although at the time the project was a short story called "What Came From all That Time", it was the seed that would become Apostasy. The relatively simple premise about a genetically engineered super soldier teaming with an orbital technician on humanity's first extrasolar colony ship has always remained at Apostasy's heart. Starting in 2024, Liam shared the project with a few friends for beta-reading, and he began to personally see it as more than a simple original one-shot. In 2025 he began the process of reimagining the story and adding depth to the world and characters; the end result of this process is the Apostasy book and accompanying trilogy.
